Here are directions to get to Integral Yoga Institute Princeton, 613 Ridge Road, Suite 110, Monmouth Junction New Jersey, 08852. Note that parking and the entrance to The Institute are actually on Maple Avenue, which runs down the side of Old English Square Shopping Center.

From the Trenton/Princeton Area

Take Route 1 North. Turn right onto Ridge Road and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Maple Avenue, which is just after Old English Square Shopping Center on your right. Park in the lot on the left, and the door to The Institute is right across the street.

From the New Brunswick Area (Points North)

Take Route 1 South. Take the New Road exit, and make a left onto New Road. Follow New Road for a little over 1 mile and turn left onto Ridge Road. Make the first right onto Maple Avenue, which is just after Old English Square Shopping Center on your right. Park in the lot on the left, and the door to The Institute is right across the street.

From Points East

Come West to Route 130. Go North on Route 130 toward New Brunswick. Turn left onto CR 522. Take the Ridge Road exit and turn left onto Ridge Road. Go approximately 1 mile and turn left onto Maple Avenue, which is just before Old English Square Shopping Center on your left. Park in the lot on the left, and the door to The Institute is right across the street.
