From 1-2:30pm "READY or NOT... a New World Paradigm through YOGA." A lecture, with time for questions and answers, being held at Princeton University, Murray Dodge, West Room. And from 3-5pm a special yoga workshop including Postures, Sound, Meditation & a Lucid Awakening of Inner Awareness, at Princeton University Dillon Gym, Multipurpose Room. RADIANT LAUGHTER MEDITATION & CELESTIAL MUSIC w/ Swamil Laraaji Nadabrahmananda

This was so much fun and such a wonderful experience in January that we had to have more! ~ An afternoon of Energizing Laughter-cises, Warm Playful inter-action, Call-and-Response chanting, deep meditative relaxation and live celestial musical sound ~ Join us as we liberate the therapeutic force of conscious laughter for internal energy and wellness using medically documented understanding. Celestial Zither Improvisations, gentle percussion and Ancient Gong tones will embrace this afternoon's bliss adventure. The final hour will be a Celestial Music Concert. ~~~ Swami Laraaji Nadabrahmananda conducts playful laughter meditation workshops and celestial music concerts within the global spiritual community and beyond. Laraaji is recognized as the seed from which all of the laughter meditation workshops throughout the country have sprung. He is also a popular in-demand musician. His workshops are truly spectacular!
