Mahasivaratri at IYI
Just come ready to stay, but knowing that there is no hassle about needing to leave - but don't be surprised if the night sweeps you up into divine realms that bring transformation and great blessings for the entire year! It will include stories of Siva, 4 pujas thru the night, dance, kirtan, mantra japa, perhaps writing out things (our stuff!) that we'd like to give into Siva's fire to clear it out of our lives and then taking it outside and offering it in to a fire, a morning yoga class and then an Indian Meal for breakfast. I hope that everyone will make a special effort to get this started well here at our Princeton IYI (as you may know, I have been leading this at the NY IYI for the past 14 years - but am bringing to us this year). It is truly a wonderful blessing for everyone who participates, and for the IYI! By donation. Pre-register by paying 1 cent on our website.

JourneyDance with Christina Molnar
Journey Dance is a playful, intuitive method of using movement to discover and celebrate our inner strengths. We are all dancers--emotion in motion. We cleanse our bodies and minds with sweat and breath, laughter and prayer. We discover the anatomy of the soul. We feel our power and aliveness. We learn to love ourselves and find balance and blessings. We become bright, shining and radiant.
