The Training is comprehensive, giving you a solid foundation in Meditation, Pranayama, Asana Practice and Instruction. In this comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training you will acquire the skills necessary for instructing Integral Yoga Hatha I, the basic class taught to thousands of students at Integral Yoga Institutes around the world, and utilized by Dr. Dean Ornish in his groundbreaking work in reversing heart disease. Benefit from in-depth study and practice of Hatha Yoga while acquiring a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of all branches of yoga.

This concentrated program is designed so you can maintain your family and work responsibilities. From May 22^nd through August 2^nd classes are held weekly, meeting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. There is also a 4-day weekend retreat.
